The Action News Troubleshooters have received over a dozen complaints in the past year about Power Home Remodeling, with most of them related to the company’s lifetime warranty. The company has a history of receiving complaints since 2010, with over 30 complaints received by the Troubleshooters. Peggy Hudson, a customer of Power Home Remodeling, has been waiting for replacement windows for two years now, despite the company assuring her that it’s covered by the warranty. Power Home Remodeling claims to be a service company and not a manufacturer, and it has blamed the product itself for most of the issues that customers experience. It also says that it has ramped up production to address supply chain issues during the pandemic and will work through the majority of its backlog by the end of the year. However, after all of the issues Hudson faced, she does not recommend the company.
